Stevens Planning is owned by Sarah Stevens, MRTPI, who has over 25 years of experience providing planning consultancy advice. Throughout this time she has worked in the private sector for surveying and planning firms in Central London and advised on high profile and complex projects

In her Director and Senior Director roles she has advised on many city/town centre and estate regeneration schemes. Clients have included:   

Wates, Orbit, Redevco, FORA, The Office Group, CBRE IM, LandSec, The Crown Estate, Sutton Council, Croydon Council
